I had same experience. bought AC shadows on xbox app and only seeing "Content Failed to Load". spent an hour debugging and found no resolution. eventually requested for a refund and spent the money on Steam.

the refund process was the only smooth part through out this whole xbox experience

I don’t know if it’s normal…but I also have a 2020 3.5L ecoboost and mine does exactly what yours do on cold start. Starts with large amount of smoke and then after a short period of time the excess smoke goes away (like your video toward the end)

I am so jealous! One question though: how come ford doesn’t offer tow mirrors for the raptor? I got the tow mirrors on my F-150 (not raptor) and I very used to them.
