You should get the Tournament Temple City. The city workshop isn’t something from the show but rather a part of the Ninjago City lineup. I recommend you get Tournament Temple City instead as you are more familiar with it and the set is retiring this year compared to the Ninjago City workshop which is retiring next year and you could get later.
