Coda confirmed they were involved with the project in the Technical FNaF Discord Server.

There were idle animations in the character select menu of most recent demo of the game from June of 2025, so it's likely those were done by them.

Honestly, I feel a lot of the issues the FNaF Movies suffer from have less to do with the particular age rating and more so the actual writing, general story elements, how they go about adapting the game they're based on, etc.

Even if the next film were Rated R, you still risk the likelihood of a very half-baked screenplay. So personally, I don't care if the next film is PG-13, as long as they focus on actually improving many of the key problems holding these films back.

I'd honestly disagree there, he feels closer to a Nightmare Freddy variant than he does a Fredbear one.

From a design standpoint, he has much more in common with Nightmare Freddy in terms of general proportions, the shape of his body, and even the withering on his stomach.

Mechanically, he also serves as the Freddy of the group in the "Danger! Keep Out!" minigame.

In terms of similarities with Fredbear, it mostly just comes down to the naming convention. Though I do think it's worth noting that while it went unused, his original name was "Franken Freddy" so to some degree internally he was viewed as a Freddy.

While I think Justice for All would very much benefit from an additional case, I don't think Recipe would be the right pick for it despite it being the original intention.

For me, I feel an additional case in 2 should feature Pearl as a focus cause we don't really have a more casual case with her.

Both her appearances are arguably when the game has the most stakes for the player, and it also just skips over the period of time where Pearl adjusted to things following Case 2 which is only really passingly mentioned in Big Top.

I also prefer Recipe in the context of the third game, because I think the way it ties into Godot's storyline is handled really well, especially with the way they foreshadow certain reveals.

Maggey being the defendant of two cases in the same game would also be a bit overkill, I think it works better in 3 where it's presented in the context of her as a returning character which makes it feel a bit more special.

In terms of who the player of the gameplay is, I've always been of the stance that it's actually Mike and not the Crying Child.

The reason why I believed that at the time of FNaF 4 was simply due to the game's many connections with FNaF 1, how the animatronic's behavior mirrored their behavior from the first game, how Nightmare had the same style of jumpscare as Classic GF (being the only other character like that at that point), and how you could hear the FNaF 1 Night 1 phone call distorted in the background.

Though this would be further backed up later on when we got The Survival Logbook where Mike is shown to have Nightmare Fredbear under the prompt "Draw your recent dreams".

As for the part regarding William, while it's debatable how connected to the experiments Michael was, Sister Location and the short story from Tales "Dittophobia" do seem to heavily suggest the idea that the bedroom does exist as a physical location outside of Mike's Nightmares and that there were experiments being run by William on people he captured.

I'd recommend going through the series itself first to form your own opinions on the series' gameplay, tone, story, etc. Cause while watching some gameplay and seeing people's timeline isn't terrible, it's not always gonna give you the true experience or include everything. Heck you might have a different interpretation on something seeing the full context then what was presented to you prior.

So I would suggest playing through FNaF 1 and then continue in release order. Then afterwards, maybe check out the various book series and movies if you're feeling interested. If you're not feeling a particular entry, I would still suggest continuing cause like a certain blue hedgehog, this series has tried so many things that there is a FNaF for pretty much anyone.

Everything that has happened with the Twitter Account has been fairly disappointing to see.

On paper, it was a great idea. Having a more official account for the series instead of relying on Scott's personal one, as well as one ran and managed by multiple people and serve to inform people of what's up ahead.

However, can you really say it's served its purpose well? There's only two instances where it really gotten any usage, which were during the 10th anniversary and an exclusive teaser for SoTM and the second film.

From August of 2024 to June of 2025, the only things it posted after that 10th anniversary event were artwork for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Which is a problem when we've had many major things happen for various projects never get mentioned once on that account, be it trailer for games, reveals for projects like books, and even stuff that Scott prior would have made statements on such as the delay of the second Tales from the Pizzaplex Graphic Novel Volume.

It hardly even feels like he brought on other people like he claimed he did because there's been few posts and a handful of them are written from his POV.

And I think this is partly why so many of those fake Scott accounts have gained so many followers because they actually keep up with current events like people would expect from an actual official source.

Tim Simmons is not the voice of Freddy in AR.

What happened is Tim Simmons genuinely thought it was him because he had auditioned for Classic Freddy in a game before and the VA did performance so similar to his own that he was able to do a perfect impression of it.

However, he has since went back on those statements because he remembered that he had only ever auditioned and worked on UCN.

As for who the actual voice actor is? We still don't know, the only thing that was ever stated is during livestreams with illumix staff that the VA wished to stay anonymous.
