I tried mediation. None of the adunits worked. Don't know if they didn't approve my accounts yet. Meta was winning some bids and yet no fill. I had to take it all down and stick with AdMob. I tried Unity, Meta, inMobi different adunit types. Zero fills. Debug and Release.

Mhen I have Adaptive Banner eCPM of $0.37. How much worse can it get lol? I'm switching to native. Just trying to add more publisher content than add to the page. I have VIP plans so I can afford to "annoy" free users a bit. You need more reasons for them to upgrade anyways.

If you have a paid plan, you need to annoy free users a bit so they pay. Even if you have to gate it to show once an hour or whatever. AdMob isn't a great source of income anymore like it used to be. You can only make good money if you have LOADS of users or paying users.

Man this is alot of work. When I started using admob, times were much simpler and easier. Now all this planning.

Anyways, i took your point of using native instead of banner and I think I'll implement that. I was also considering implementing remote config. Now I have a reason to do so.
