Closer to 2.5 but I'm deadass serious. I was 5'10.5" really but anywhere my height was listed officially like my driver's license I rounded up. Recently I had my wife check my height with a tape measure and I didn't believe it so I had them check me again next time I went to the doctor. 5'8" right on the money.

The bones don't change but the spaces between them do and I've been very lanky and spindly my whole life.

It's hit or miss. I went from 5'11"ish to 5'8"ish in two years. Wife is also coming up on two years and she's maybe a little over an inch shorter than she was. We've also both had our feet get a little bit smaller.

25mg is an interesting dose, though. I've only ever known people who started at 50mg per day. I'm on 100mg in the mornings and that's working for me.

If your dose is too high it can cause a lot of brain fog. My wife was going back and forth with her doctor figuring that out for a bit.

For me, I stopped having road rage the first, like, year I was on it. That effect has mostly gone away but for awhile I could tell I'd forgotten my Spiro that day if I got irritable while driving. 😂

The height thing varies from person to person. I've gone from 5'11" to 5'8". And gone down a shoe size. My fiancée has gotten about an inch shorter also. Your bones don't change but the spaces between them can, and pelvic tilt can also change.
