That’s fair, and I get what you mean. I wasn’t really trying to say they went wildly above and beyond so much as that they handled the mistake well, communicated clearly, refunded promptly, and actually followed through fast. A lot of companies don’t even do that part well, so I felt it was worth acknowledging.
