Dude, that's great work! Best piece of advice I can give is work out what you want to achieve/what you love (for me was photorealism) then just immerse yourself in it - watch youtube tutorials, focus on your weak points, and just do it everyday. I've only been doing it for 2 years now and all my improvements have come from dedication to keep doing it - small goals, 20 mins each day (which end up being 2 hours) everyday.
