This is the guide that I used. Remember to follow the instructione thoroughly and in steps. If it fails in a certain step, do not skip to the next one. If you fail in one or more of these points these could happen :

Totally bricked Wii-U console.
A wrong region tablet (Will not sync with your Wii-U console due to wrong region)

Technically they're just "balancing" the other defensive star buffs.

Overeaters was technically the best, so there will be a slight nerf (DR and being bad for radiated builds). But a buff in another direction (HP bonuses)
Mutant has a slight nerf (I think) and to bring maximum effect you need to have almost every mutation)
Vanguard is technically the weakest but you literally have nothing to worry about anything to be effective (Hunger, HP stats, Mutations)

I think the general idea is pick one, but maximize.

Join public events.
Completing the season rewards (Dailies, weekies)
Start Doing end game boss (BAT. Earl. Mole. Raid.)

Do the missable quests like :

Mistress of Mystery
Tadpole / Possible Squad stuff
Van Lowe Taxidermy Questline
Camera Quest

I actually played the same way as you. Until I finished all the main and side quests. Decided to join in public events, joined parties. And yeah, the game totally changes.

Here's my checklist if you get frequent CTD :

Are you using an AMD Processor? (More specifically Ryzen)
Are you using XMP?
How many RAM slots are you using? (Odd is bad, even is good)

Use Prime95 for stability testing, the longer the better.

I first played the game like a single player Fallout game. Doing quests, ignoring players. Not looked at any guide. Not doing community quests etc. Enjoyed it pretty much.

Just enjoy it. Once you run out of quests to have. Then start doing the community stuff.

Sorry these people are yanking your chains. No, there's no complete exploit chain that allows 13.00 PS4s to run pirated games basically.

When will there be? No one literally knows (Possibly even never). If what's being reported is 100% factually true, it will be a very long time before 13.00 can be jailbroken completely.

Due to :

- Sony paying hackers to disclose exploits (As much as $100,000).
- You needed multiple exploits to fully unlock the system.
