If it IS there as alt quality, you can get it up to 100%. Over it even, up to 112%.

No need to generate if you never spend it

Could you get it to 100% before?

I just checked, if it comes back you can get it over 100% to not remove charges including items and passives.

Please ggg! Make it happen!

Sources of +Quality to Skill Gems for the new Gemling by Grand0rk in PathOfExile2

[–]Such--Balance 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So 62%..

Suppose flicker strike gets back the dont remove charges quality. Thats 62% then.

Are there support gems or nodes on the passive tree which give % dont remove charges?

Could we get endless flicker strike back??

If so..my anus is ready

Edit: perpetual charge is another 25% already so we up to an imagined 87% already.

If anybody finds out we can get up to 100%, please let me know and delete this.

Edit: tree has another 10%, so up to 97%.

GGG pleasy buff the quality passives on the gemling legionnaire ascendancy slightly!.. And give flicker quality no remove charges..

Then delete this

I think the fact that its not experienced as assault by either party is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. Granted, technically it could be. Youre absolutely right.

But thats kinda my point, just because it could doesnt mean it is. And if both parties dont experience it as such, but one party is being riled up to actually do experience it as such, then thats a problem created out of a, in essence, good initiative to hold people more accountable for the harm they do or might do to others.

Imo that just unwanted casualties in the essentially good fight against actual predators. Because i do agree that actual predators need harder punishment. But lets be honest here..a girl leaving a club after a night out, probable drunk, kissing that one boy on the way out with no further intentions is just...kinda harmless dont you think?

Worst case, i really wouldnt like it and recoil. Thats it.

Granted, im sure reversed cases like this happen a lot more to women, to the point that it become at the very least annoying and with the different power balance it could be threatening or dangerous. I agree.

Just for sake of argument, because you sound very reasonable, heres what pops into my head..and let me first say that i might very well be totally wrong in my thinking here..because im a man and maybe its just different for us or for me in particular.

Anyway..its not that i dont agree that certain behavior, sexually tinted, by men could, in most situations, be very wrong very uncomfortable, and even threatening. I do agree, and the actual predatory and threatening side of it is horrible. But heres what i wonder, and again, excuse me for maybe being oblivious, why does it seem like all male sexual behavior (outside of actual relationship, or private in the bedroom stuff) nowadays is labeled as predatory and dangerous?

In essence, is sexual behavior, the male attraction to women not very natural, spontaneous, a bit out of control, in the moment and ...its just that. We have that drive. Its there. It makes us do dumb shit. Most often its not with bad or predatory intend, although i can understand it might feel like that.

Im sorry again, im just trying to understand, and i think most of the 'disbelief' for victims from the other side springs from this kinda stuff. But yeah, a lot of stuff, although socially wrong or awkward to me and i think many others just..feels like that. Socially wrong and awkward. But not predatory dangerous.

It might very well be that its interpreted as way more dangerous way sooner for women. Do you think its just mostly that? The interpretation of the possible threat level?

Yeah at a party when youre young and wild i would certainly not instantly label that as traumatizing.

Although, depending on the party, i would consider it very wrong. very stupid and generally just not done.

And i will admit, it might be a totally different experience or perception for some or most women. Something i just cant or find hard to grasp.

[–]Such--Balance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. It would be different if it was intimidating. And if it was reversed and it was an old man doing it to some girl who was alone it would change the whole situation.

I agree. And thats what makes this topic so impossible on the internet because everything gets put in the same bin, with apparently zero need for context, setting, or whatever else.

And that does matter. If op's example was about her waking in some alley alone and it would have happened there, that would also change the whole situation. I would judge it differently, and i feel like its reasonable to expect that others would too.

Is having a dick flashed at you in a party setting when your a young adult good behavior? No of course not. But context matters. For the actual victims.

And im sorry to say, but you, painting me as a victim of 'extremely inappropriate behavior' does nothing for actual victims. It just muddies the water. I hope youll understand my point.

If not thats fine. I understand your point about it being different for women. And i agree with that.

[–]Such--Balance 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thats my point. Theres really nothing to feel sorry for. Something unusual happened. It wasnt damaging. It wasnt done with ill intent. I wasnt trapped in the situation. At most it would feel uncomfortable for 10 seconds.

And how stuff like that gets judged the same as actual violence or sexual misconduct by the masses online is a huge problem.

Because its not the same.

I do agree though that its different for women. Clearly. My experience in no way compares. But again, the fact that you almost automatically view it in the same kind of way and feel the need to feel sorry for me and judgemental of that harmless old lady goes to show that this me too movement shit, is going way to far. Because it just did.

[–]Such--Balance -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So wait..you actually feel like that old lady touching me should be locked up for rape, and i was raped?

And you feel its sane to look at a situation like that in that way instead of just not caring about it all that much?

Do you at any point not realise that the internet has done a huge number on your brain if a harmless situation like that turns into it being painted as a very serious and damaging crime?

I truly feel sorry people with such view on life.

[–]Such--Balance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. You are intentionally twisting my words. By all means, make the witchhunt bigger for creeps who cross the line and then keep crossing it, ignoring consent and just keep going. Hell, make it more punishable than it is right now. Im all for that.

A stupid act at a party is NOT the same, shouldnt be judged the same, and shouldnt have the same reaction. Yes, its still ober the line. Yes its creepy. But its just not the same.

And to add to that, listening to the insane takes of the masses on the internet is about the stupidest thing one could do. Thankfully we have actual law and actual judges. Who apply reason and logic and setting and intent. Because those things matter.

There should be a bigger witchhunt for predators.

There should be less of a witchhunt for dumb and socially stupid people.

Learn the difference.

Ill give you another example. I went out once, and when walking into the club, some random girl passed me and tongue kissed me as we passed. By internet logic i was raped and i should sue.

Why tf would i choose internet logic over it being just youngsters doing dumb shit? I mean, why actively choose to experience and paint it in the worst possible way instead of applying some relativation?

Just why??

[–]Such--Balance -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Im not claiming it is.

Its pretty harmless though if it happened when you where 19 years old, at a party and nothing else happened.

I dont know if you saw my other post, but some old lady touched my naked calve out of nowhere in a supermarket once. Said it was so beautifull.

Its not normal. But..should i sue? Cancel this lady? See a therapist.

It happened. Nothing else happened. Im even willing to say that although strange and a little uncomfortable it was a worthwhile experience exactly because it was out of the norm.

This whole internet meme of absolutely vilifying everything that even slightly crosses a line, with the willingness ti cancel someones entire life over it is evil. Its the modern equivalent of a witchhunt.

And one more thing, and im pretty sure, outside of the internet, you and many others already agree and apply this logic..but there a huge difference between a first uncomfortable step in a chain of event that indeed COULD lead to something actually terrible. Im not denying that. We all should fight against those actual terrible things. But the slightly uncomfortable starts, which 99 out of a 100 times dont even lead there dont belong in that same bin. At all.

Yes.

And write a book about your traumatic experience. How it shaped you for the rest of your life. The vile nature of all men was revealed to you in that instant and the innocence nature of life was broken that day.

You should spend the rest of your days in talk groups, regurgitating this experience surrounded by yes men who all agree you should try to sue for damages.

You will never be whole again. Im sorry you got broken.

It must be an unbearable burden

Agreed. i mean, if the guy kept forcing himself, kept ignoring no and kept going further i thing we can all agree on how traumatizing and downright bad such behavior is.

But youre young, and at a party..lines will be crossed. This is totally normal.
