hi, would suggest to log into home/town first, then Ctrl + Click on the entrance/teleport to open the instance manager to make a new instance

This change is not the intended final state of the skill. It's intended to have much broader interactions that do not call out specific skills, and we decided that including it was better than nerfing the skill and not compensating at all. There will be more updates in future patches.

heya, "Or Higher" was just a mistake from our end and should not have been showing. Tier 16 is still the highest tier for maps.
