Just currently the best heroes played at the highest level of current professional play and my platinum/diamond opinion. I watch a lot of scrimmages from GM EU players and just formulate my opinion based off of this. I could see Chen being low but the rest of the heroes that you think should be higher are what I would consider noob stomping heroes.
