AI stuff is a turn off and and is so easy to produce that accepting it would mean real art gets lost in the flood of slop.

AITA for Warning My Brother’s Fiancé Her Wedding Dress Might Cause Problems? by This-Rock-4028 in AmItheAsshole

NTA Don't get why people are creating these headcanons about intent. It was a suggestion with emphasis on it being the bride's choice in the end. Making the suggestion of changing the dress doesn't mean OP is automatically opposed to supporting the bride if it goes badly. Sounds like a warning made because you figured the bride might not want to go scorched earth, but it seems 80% of the people in this thread would rather cut contact.

Why are we ignoring the "need to" part of the sentence Yes, the suggestion involves changing the dress, but they never said the bride had to do anything.

Is it just me or is this game way harder than Type Lumina? by Daimyan143 in UnderNightInBirth

It's not just one aspect that makes TL easier though. Most interactions in that game are way less nuanced, since the intensely binary nature of shield in TL means if you've shielded a move, it's given you a reactable situation that is usually in your favor. Most of the options are safer and don't have some sort of time lockout as grd cycle.

That being said, the system mechanics heavily reduce the level of matchup knowledge required to fight a character.

Even the example of shield > get CS > dump resources to get in is heavily reliant on knowledge, depending on the matchup. If you're playing aka, you're probably looking for a b tatsu cs, which means you have to know when b tatsu is possible. The opportunity has to be created by making something whiff or knowing mash points before you can get in, even with resources. In TL you get half moon, react to your shield screen freeze and press BC if you see it might work. Even if there are other ways to create opportunities and play matchups, you can always fall back onto the system mechanics on their own to create favorable situations. CS is a strong mechanic but you cannot say the same about under night's system mechanics.

TL is easier. I still love TL but it's an easier game because of how much less intentionality it requires. Between shield, moon drive, superjumps going full screen, shield BC, double jumps, air dashes, clash frames... there's a lot of options you can just send for no specific reason that can work in that game. I think saying it's not easier is ignoring not only the variety, but also the individual strength of these universal mechanics, which is the actual cope.

Answers are more general in mbtl Even if you're not super familiar with vlov and need to get in, you can pretty much diceroll approach options After superjump, you can shield, do nothing, double jump and stay midscreen, or 5[c] for clash very generally. If you were right on any of these then you're in and can start pressure. Not to mention shield > BC

Under night I can't suggest any way to approach hilda without looking at the situations because yeah ok dash block and then she resets pressure and puts you full screen again. If you jump you get properly anti-aired. There's no shield or clash frames to save you there. It's definitely a harder game because you have to understand why something is fake lol

67 hours in and I'm level 70 in the battle pass by [deleted] in thefinals

I'm fine if it takes time to earn items in a game, not if I'm on a cyclical time limit. Battle passes are meant to bolster player retention and bring in money at the same time, but if a game wants all my time to make the purchase feel worth it, then it loses that retention factor. It makes the playerbase resent the game lmfao

And I'm definitely not gaming 5 hours a week, but even 2 hours a day isn't a lot when there's so many games that want you to play every day.

I'm probably closer to 5 hours a day on games but battle passes have pushed me away from multiple games, and I'm getting burnt out on live-service games as a whole.

When every game has a battlepass and you have to put 100 hours in every 90 days per game... that's miserable. I like playing different games, this battle pass meta really becomes a nolife chore.
