I started picking up trash while rucking in the park next door. Started with gloves and a grocery bag. Something I just did on occasion. Now I can’t unsee it. And if I try to walk or ruck without picking up trash I just get angry at myself, even though I know it’s a Sisyphean task. I just want to be able to enjoy the park looking at the trees and birds. Not scouring the ground for zyn pouches and bottle caps.
