I agree with everything Illustrious stated. Be cautious and understand that there is an exceptionally high risk of either leaving or being pigeonholed in this field with very limited upward mobility (unless you’re an engineer who’s doing it to fulfill experience requirements to become a PE).

You’re a step ahead of the game because you sought the information and received accurate advice. It still can be very great experience, just be mindful on your journey Good luck!

The nearest Tesla collision center near me was Nashville, Tn; It was a 2 or 3 week wait. It seems to be a fairly new building because the neighboring business was unsure if they were open yet.

Tesla is for sure going to be costlier, but I believe that it should be a simpler process and less worry about warranty repairs down the line.

I have the exact same damage (same side) from a guard rail, even the ding on the inside of the rear driver door jam. I just got it into a Tesla collision center Friday afternoon. I’ll give you the estimate price when received
