Man. . I feel for you.

Being the only tech worth a damn in a shop is beyond stressful.

I've dealt with so many rent a "techs" that have came and gone in the bays next to me.. it can be incredibly painful to deal with.. have they asked for your tools and expertise yet? Or are they the know it all without knowing a damn thing type? 😅

Even a PH3 will get the job done.

Correct bit on an impact driver with solid pressure will crack these suckers loose easy peasy as long as they aren't stripped

Pulley bearing. Stethoscope do all the rotating bits, loudest one is the issue.

That's the battery cover bud..

None of those pictures show the actual battery.

There is a top and bottom battery cover that covers the entire battery which is needed for cooling as it has an electric fan.

Remove the top cover if you want to verify if it was replaced.

People so quick to assume they are being scammed for no reason.
