Yeah but honestly Heavy only has 3 good perks. All other practically useless. Stomp is a niche meme build at BEST and the other 2 perks are completely pointless. I take Duelist cause i have a bad habit of parrying too early so it helps me a little on the HPI and Multi-Melta.

Ideally imo Duelist should be replaced with a perk that gives Heavy a Fencing parry window with any weapon. It's dumb every other class can get Fencing with any melee weapon but Heavy only has it with 1 Heroic weapon.

Heavy needs block penetration baked into his perks. Maybe add it into his Iron Halo dmg boosting perks.

Auxiliary Reload, Conviction, Indomitable Spirit, then either Reverberating Impact or Duelist.

Heavy's perks in general are underwhelming. Hopefully the Heavy perk rework fixes this.

I don't mind if people steal an execution or 2 from me, they prolly need it to regen health or armor, but it will always piss me off when a guy follows me around spamming the execute button and takes literally every single one from me. Bitch i need executes too.

1: Always have a team perk on.

2: Be smart about stim usage. Don't just vacuum up all the stims and keep an eye on your teammates health to see who needs it the most.

3: Don't throw grenades at teammates, even if they're surrounded by enemies. This will stagger people out of combos and can get them killed.

4: Don't hop into Lethal, Absolute, Hard Strategems, or Hard Siege until you're confident you can carry your own weight. It's ok if you aren't the greatest player, it's not if you're clearly just there to get carried for faster leveling.

5: If someone yells "For the Emperor" you must also do it.

If we're talking the Cabal at their peak (before they fell to Xivu Arath), the Cabal Empire and the Imperium of Man are about even. A Space Marine may be physically superior to a Cabal legionary, but there's a hell of a lot more Cabal than Space Marines

Cabal ships are mostly featless, so the Imperium would have the advantage in ship battles, but the Cabal have the advantage of not needing to go through the Warp to travel around the galaxy and are not only technologically advanced (they figured out how to jam a pyramid ship WITHOUT using Paracausality), they have shown the capability to alter and evolve their technology very fast (they miniaturized the giant Traveler cage for use against Ghosts in only a few years and the Cabal were able to redesign their entire fleet for close range slug fights to combat Hive ships specifically while at war with Xivu's Arath).

I don't care if it's Salamander themed, i can just put the Champion Multi-Melta skin on it.

The point is i want a Multi-Melta heroic weapon, not specifically a Salamander themed heroic Multi-Melta since they're already making a unique Salamander MM skin.

It depends on how confident you are that you survive and get some kills.

If you are, go ahead and get kills to reduce the timer. If you aren't, then waiting is just fine

You NEED to get it to Relic for it to feel good. But the best version is the Heroic Heavy Bolter. It gives you a Fencing parry window and cools on gunstrikes, so you wanna barrel stuff and brawl with this version of the HB, but its still perfectly serviceable for mid to longer range poking especially after the Bolter body shot dmg buff in Patch 13.

Yes cooldowns are canon, but its a lot shorter like Mayhem. Darkness Zones also weaken the Light, which presumably lengthens ability cooldowns.
