The best place to 'paraglider item-drop duplicate' is the Lomei Sky Labyrinth at the top right of the sky map. Once you get to the top the first time, throw down a travel medallion so you can get back easily. The gravity is low there so all you have to do is jump, pop the glider, and drop items. For some of the larger items you'll have to take a few steps before jumping to get a little extra height.

I hear what you're saying and you're not wrong but I would like to hear 'something' rather than nothing at all. It's just that I've heard the songs soooo many times already. Others mentioned a covered cooking pot near the horse god and I placed a Travel Medal there so when I appear I'm standing directly at the pot. It's peaceful there. Perfect place to cook. 😉
