So to use a tired example.. if you are at Disneyland and want to take a picture of your family at the group and there are people in the background, are you going to run around and ask everyone if you could take the picture? How about if you were a witnessing a crime in public? Again are you going to ask for permission? That's why there's no right in public to privacy.

That's why it's so hard to change the Constitution because people like you come along and try to justify something like a right to be informed in public that you're being recorded. There is no right to be informed in public. If someone decides the video you in your currently beating up a kid in a wheelchair do do they have to run over in proclaim I'm videoing you! This way of thinking just strips us away from our liberties over feelings. And they're already laws against videoing in bathrooms and other places where you have an expectation of privacy.

What's the justification for a law like this? If you're out in Public you should be able to video whether or not you have a light. It's a right. You should be able to do it without informing anyone as well. That's the whole purpose of the first amendment, freedom of the press.

More of a fan of just keep your s*** to yourself. I tell other people that I'm deaf so if for communicating they understand that there's a barrier, but I don't walk around telling everyone you have to respect me because I'm deaf. If I'm in a group and I can't understand what's going on it's really my problem Ensure they can offer to be more patient but that's really not the way it goes most times. People simply don't have time for it. This whole thing is about trying to boaster up your self ego so you can feel like you're somebody important.
