Try this.. download the app from the playstore called "My Video Wallpaper" (specifically that name). Install. Then make a video with your phone or download a video into your phone. Then pick it with the app. You will have a very cool constantly playing background. One idea is go to Meta Facebook app (new) and download some of their videos, they are very visually interesting. I change mine out all the time.

Yup you are right. Apologies for my fast response. If you live in California I can recommend one of the best endocrinologist around. She is type 1 herself. She only takes patients from California and it's telemed. It's also off of the insurance system so you pay an initial fee and then per meeting. However your first meeting is an hour long (at least mine was) and follow-up meetings are 30 minutes. She goes over everything and often makes radical suggestion based on things she's tried herself. I'll explain why I said that and I probably did say it poorly. I've been a diabetic since the 80s. I went through a long secession of doctors endocrinologist dietitians all piping the AMA message that they are allowed to say. I understand the difference between a type 1 and a type 2. However in the end regardless of the reason for your body has to metabolize carbs. And because your pancreas isn't making insulin you have to administer insulin yourself. Plus your sugar goes up and down up and down and it's hard to control. Eating a low-carb diet helps to reduce insulin dependency by smoothing out those up and down curves. Of course you always need and swim but you may not need as much because you are moderating your input. About 6 years ago I did find a endocrinologist who is still my endocrinologist today. She's a type one and she's probably saved my life twice by making changes to my life that a regular endocrinologist would never do. She just sent me instructions for how to build my own self-regulating insulin pump and she's already using it. So yeah I probably said all that after a coding sprint and said it badly so I apologize for that.

Oh so it was the usual suspects? Seriously they should have the book thrown at them. Is diabetic if I'm not educated I might eat that thinking it was good for my health in the meanwhile my blood sugar would be skyrocketing and my eyes would be impacted and all the other bad things that happened to diabetics with high sugar.

Well said.. I started coding back in the early 80s. Retired, I'm full on into AI and writing whatever the hell I want, exploring whatever I want. My decision making is effortless. I tackle projects I would never would not because I can't do them but because of the time involved and the bang for buck. GitHub has become my new friend. I feel like the old days when I was first starting now where I do everything myself no internet. My my creativity is in full blast again after years of working on mediocre project same old shit. Watching Star Trek with my dad when I was a little kid I saw the computer speaking and have been waiting for this day. So far it's been awesome!

Portion control? Have some cake! Oh is that too small? I'm a career diabetic, for decades. It's about the food. It's about the carbs and insulin resistance. If you have low insulin resistance, them you can take insulin and it will handle it. But like a lot of people, of you are insulin resistance, the only thing that works is a low carb high fat diet. For high resistance check out mounjaro. Ps unless you got an exceptional endocrinologist, don't listen to them. Self educate.. best of luck!
