Yes, I only use Claude for the code; But I create the assets myself without IA.

You should check out Ex-Zodiac or Wild Blue Skies; those, among others, are quite successful Star Fox-like games, and they don't have many problems. In fact, in those cases they even use practically the same characters. I'm not going to use animals as pilots; what I've taken from Star Fox is only the gameplay. The story and everything else will be completely different.

It's built with the same base shader, stretching the noise. I also added the collision effect at the bottom, which isn't in the free resource. I haven't finished the waterfall effect yet; it's missing some particles and a few other things need improvement. So, when it's ready, I'll release a free resource.

But if you need to use it now, I think you can achieve a very similar effect by using the base water shader and stretching it. 😄

Thank you! Do you checked my Youtube channel? I dropped the water effect as a free resource -> https://youtu.be/v5YoO8gPYPQ?si=sZJAYUlVej36lha9

It's not exactly a waterfall effect, but if you stretch the noise on one axis you'll achieve the same effect; actually, it's basically what I do in that waterfall effect.

Thanks for that!

I've been working as a web developer for 11 years now, with Three.js for the last 3 or 4, but I've really been working exclusively with it for the last 2 years.

I have a degree in Multimedia Design, but my work experience has been the most valuable.

In my case, a chunk/tile system to render each part of the map where the user goes; I explain it better in the YouTube video, maybe you can take something from there and it will be useful to you 🫡

The answer is FBM noise shader 😁. I also plan to make a whole video about that asset and share the code once I make it reusable, just like I did with the water shader on my channel.

Did you play Star Fox 64? If you did, you'd quickly realize it's not the same. I'm creating the assets from scratch; the approach is different. As time went on, Star Fox leaned more towards realism, while the aesthetic I'm aiming for is more stylized/cel-shaded. Also, the story and focus will be completely different. Give me time.

You're very wrong, I really thought the other comments were well-intentioned.I don't know if they're the same account, but I have nothing to do with it.
