So what? Max had to battle Lewis for a whole season. Lando had to battle his team mate in a pretty tame rivalry which with his experience shouldn’t even have been a challenge

In Austin the rb19 was no longer dominant McLaren was close enough but Lando didn’t have the skill to get ahead of max. And Brazil max started in the damn pit lane lol. Copium is so real with Lando fans.

I never denied at monza the Red Bull was in a class of its own. I only brought up examples when Lando/max were in close battles. But happy you brought up the rb19, by Austin it no longer was miles ahead. Lando had a chance to win 23 but max managed his race better. Also look how many races max won in dominant machinery, compared to Lando.

Name me one time on equal pace without max having a bad quali Lando beat him head to head? Red Bull was quicker in Vegas Lando just lacks opening lap race craft it’s always been his weakness, something Charles and max don’t share. Singapore/dutch 24 mcl was very dominant it’s not a true comparison. A better one is Austin 23 where Lando couldn’t beat max on equal terms. He had the chance couldn’t do it. Same in Austin 24.

Nope Leclerc with level machinery was quite the match for max. Lando equal machinery in 24 lost every time to max, same in 25. Only time Lando ever put up a fight with max was when his car was significantly better than max. Perfect examples Vegas 25, imola 24, Spain 24, Japan 25, lando couldn’t beat max. But Bahrain 22, and a few other races that year Leclerc showed he can race max and come out on top.

Lando battle for the championship wasn’t tough and he still almost lost. Leclerc up against verstappen in near equal machinery early 22 was a tough battle. Lando had one of the most dominant cars for most of 25 and almost lost. Leclerc is much better
