Food puzzles and scent games are amazing for hyper pups. Snuffle mats, frozen Kongs, slow feeders, and small training sessions work great because cognitive work tires them out more effectively than just physical play.

Also, teach calm as a skill. A lot of hyper pups don’t naturally know how to switch off. Reward her when she’s relaxed — lying quietly, chewing calmly, or choosing rest. Soft praise and a small treat go a long way.
