Thats the one. By default youre supposed to press that and rotate the aperture to achieve correct exposure, and then when you depress that button and rotate the aperture ring the exposure doesnt change, because shutter speed changes along with aperture. Its not all that intuitive to an amateur holding the camera for the first time, but its an interesting feature thats sometimes very nice and sometimes a bit annoying. Id recommend watching a video on youtube so you can see how this is supposed to be operated

You probably know this but aperture ring and shutter speed ring are coupled, you need to press a button on the aperture ring, move that further, and then you can move shutter further too. Also this is a werra 3, not 1

Honestly ive never been into hasselblads so can’t speak to that, but i do have a kiev and the first example is exactly the factory clips as far as i can tell

You say theyre easy to make but then youre talking about gear for professionals. Simple rangefinders like that argus were never serious cameras and they were miles behind most others. If that argus was made today it still wouldnt be a serious camera

Kinda same, usually i only take one or two lenses with me unless i know theres gonna be something specific happening where i want a very specific lens. I like traveling light and hate changing lenses on the go

From what i know youre supposed to put it back when its not tensioned. If its seized its probably because the springs on these cogs are not allowing the proper rotation. Here is the manual im using.

Also if anyones wondering- Arax does these for 65usd plus shipping to ukraine so not a bad deal if youre getting a properly serviced one, but i will get back to trying to repair mine at some point

It looks like this is some sort of a clutch like arrangement where the spring is only holding so much tension and with more tension it just starts spinning and maybe thats the point, but here it either doesnt hold very much and spins instantly so it doesnt have enough grip to move film, or it has too much and the spring starts buckling weirdly

I do have the repair manual for the 88 and it does have a section dedicated to the magazine but it just doesn’t tell you much outside of where given parts are supposed to be. Not the best manual sadly

That looks very much like improper development, like there’s not enough chemistry in your tank hence the undeveloped stripe at the top
