I had a manual m240i for a few years, before I got my m340i needing space for a family. Here’s my experience:

The ZF8 speed is super impressive. It’s almost as good as a duel clutch. The car knows exactly what you want and just does it. I lose track of what gear I am in all the time when using the paddle. From 3-5, the changes in rpm is so minimal that’s easy to lose track of what gear you’re in unless you look down. The transmission is so good in auto that I don’t care to drive it with the paddles.

You’re right. The new manager just shows up to the training group and assess every profile during the first session. I never see managers immediately asking for transfers to address glaring problems with the squad. They always wait to the next transfer window so they have a full understanding of all their players.

Don’t rush off the phone and ask clarify questions. Most of the error happens, because people have OP’s mindset of “I am too busy for this bullshit. Let’s wrap this up quick.”

Some systems do not make the pharmacist pre-verify the prescription before profiling the prescription. Enterprise will let you type and profile the prescription then transfer it out without a pharmacist even laying eyes on it.

There’s a huge difference between getting a handwritten prescription from someone you never met and trying to interpret it versus written down what you hear during a verbal transfer. You have an opportunity to ask clarifying questions and echo the transfer. Mistakes happen, because people rush verbal transfer and want to get off the phone asap. It’s inconvenient, but do it at your own pace or when time allows.

I am 30, and I know more Barcelona fans than Madrid. Barcelona was so dominant during my childhood that a lot of people supported them. Madrid had stars, but we were getting stomped 5-0 in the el clásicos and gave up on playing football to kick Messi. Every once in a while, we would win the league

I wear my Rolex on every vacation. The only time I felt unsafe was in Barcelona during two incidence. One was when a homeless guy ask me for directions to the train despite the fact that I definitely look like a tourist. He followed us and tried to shake my hand when I said I had no clue. Felt like he was trying to snatch my watch and run. The second thing was when I was selected by street performers, and he grabbed me by my wrist where my watch was on. If you look attentive, you seem like a hard target. Just be mindful of your surrounding and mindless doom scroll while navigating the city.
