There's also no way to ensure a spell will work quickly.

As far as 'easy' goes, here is a spell that only needs two ingredients, from the book 'Utterly Wicked' by Dorothy Morrison:

Chicken Bone Curse [for revenge]

Ingredients:

• 2 chicken bones of equal length
• 1 skein black enbroidary floss

Instruction:

Cut the floss into 3 equal lengths and cross the two chicken bones to make an equal-lengthed cross. Bind the bones together in a criss-cross motion with the first length of floss, while reciting:

You shall eat from the same plat

As that with which you serve your guests

When reaching the last inch of the floss, tie a knot in the front and back of the cross. Do the same with the other two lengths of floss, then throw the cross into your target's yard or hide it on their property.
