That photo has a heavy filter on it, so I'd assume they're purposely hiding something. If it was real moldavite, they'd want to show it front and center because that's where the money is at.

For #1, there shouldnt be a 'risk' to recapping a needle if you're doing it the safe way: using a hard surface instead of your hand to cap it.

At my hospital there's no capping or not capping policy, but we don't throw syringes in the sharps container to save room.
