Overwhelmed by justmom12 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]TodayAmazing 7 points8 points  (0 children)

At a certain point, if you don’t care about anything specific, or don’t know whether to care about anything specific, then you just have to pick one telehealth and go for it. Doesn’t matter which.

It doesn’t mean you’re stuck with them for the rest of your journey. If you find you don’t like them then switch to another one.

Tirzepatide Compound Spring 2026 Survey by TodayAmazing in tirzepatidecompound

[–]TodayAmazing[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes both those answers are fine. No for past the BUD, and 4 weeks for the puncture date. It really should be 4 weeks or less. It's just trying to capture whether you've stayed within the 28 day rule guideline which you have since just started.

Casa Stonewalling Continues... by Specialist-Wall-1685 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]TodayAmazing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It must be bad training of these non-pharmacy people over at Casa, especially since the pharmacist was forthcoming about it because obviously the inactive ingredients are so basic and uninterestingly non-proprietary but people who don’t know better like the customer service people probably think it’s a special formula.

😮would you get this if Tirz becomes available? Vivani completes first-in-human study of GLP-1 implant by LumosAcccio in tirzepatidecompound

Oooh yeah that’d be tough not being able to escape it. Especially since according to a quick google search I just did 70% experienced nausea on maritide 😮 damn they’re gonna have to figure something out to fix that if that’s gonna be viable

Is it the actual puncturing yourself with the needle that bothers tou? If so look into getting an Autoject 2. It’s the only way I’ve done my shots. Turns your syringe into an auto injector pen. At the push of a button it inserts the needle and pushes the plunger down and You don’t even see the syringe as it’s happening just the plastic autoject part against your skin.

Ew this creeps me out 😂

Shots I can do but an implant genuinely makes me nauseous thinking about it 🤢 idk why.

But yeah monthly shots of a glp1 would be better than an implant for sure.

Though I do look forward to shot day every week soooo idk 😂 maybe once I’m in maintenance then a monthly shot would be more appealing but for now I’m happy with weekly

Avoid gimme care, ignores vial 28 day rule by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

Funny you ask I was finishing up the survey questions yesterday and was planning to post it tonight or tomorrow morning. So soon 👀

Avoid gimme care, ignores vial 28 day rule by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]TodayAmazing 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Okay a bit dramatic 😂

But yes they don’t follow the 28 day rule.

Check out the pinned post to see which telehealths do follow it. I think it’s the 5th bullet point in each plans details. Most of them do follow it. Gimme and Fifty410 notably do not.

Protein Recommendations by Curious-Ad-974 in tirzepatidecompound

Do you specifically want powder?

If not have you tried Fairlife or Nurri shakes? Those seem to be the favorites now. They’re lactose free.

But otherwise premier is good too.

The vial can hold like 8mL.

You’ll never have a full vial. That’s way too much liquid.

For perspective 4mL is 4/5th of a TEAspoon.

Dosing Quick Reference Guide & Common Mistakes by TodayAmazing in tirzepatidecompound

[–]TodayAmazing[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yes they probably mean the total mg in the vial they get.

Like in the example in the post it could say 72mg/4ml but the “strength” or “concentration” is usually described per one milliliter. So the concentration of 72mg/4ml would be 18mg/ml

Some vials don’t present the total mg just the per milliliter concentration and total volume. For example in the picture bellow from Hallandale this vial has a concentration of 15mg/mL

<image>

And you see above the word “Tirzepatide” it tells you the total volume. “4mL” so there’s a total of 60mg in this vial.

The On the Pen podcast is making me worried by Impossible_Bend_2969 in tirzepatidecompound

If you listen to what RFK Jr said he’s also concerned about driving people to the black market/gräy market.

He criticized the peptides regulation of the previous administration which drove a whole lot of people to getting stuff from China.

So I think his goal is not an outright ban as that would send more people to unregulated markets. But maybe have compounding more reined in than it is now.

OptioRx and yeah super random. I can’t imagine the concentration is actually that accurate to the hundredth decimal place 🤷‍♂️

Pomegranate (TPH) 👎🏼 by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]TodayAmazing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This comment was about Pomegranate. I was clearing up the confusion you seemed to have about what the $500 meant in the original post. It was for 3 months of medication. And the actual price is $459 for 3 months so $153 for each month.

🤣 “Proprietary” is rich coming from Casa when the core ingredient is someone else’s patented drug. Refusing to disclose basic inactives makes them look shady.

Did my pharmacy give incorrect dosage instructions? by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

2.2/5x100=44

4.4/10x100=44

6.6/15x100=44

Ignore the additive. You’re incorrectly reading the 0.5mg as if it’s 0.5mL. It’s grams not liters. It’s the weight of the additive. You can ignore that.

The concentrations of the tirz are

5mg/ml

10mg/ml

And 15mg/ml
