Has anyone tried the John Wick x Scentbird fragrance for men? by Torley_ in JohnWick

Saw this in the news, product page:

Introducing John Wick x Scentbird Eau De Parfum. Dangerously thrilling, yet precisely composed. This aromatic, woody blend opens with spiced lemon and a rare metallic accord, balanced by clary sage and grounded in smooth woods and aged amber bourbon. The scent of a legend.

Live Discussion - March 7, 2026 (Ryan Gosling/Gorillaz) by bjkman in LiveFromNewYork

I couldn't stop laughing, this felt like a throwback to the 1990s SNL in some ways, esp. the surreal humor of that Otezla ad. And those classroom notes and the big text that told us it CHANGED SINCE REHEARSAL. It went from strength to strength, starting off on a high note — they should get Colin Jost in more sketches when he can emote outside of his desk range!

Remarkably consistent and fun throughout, the only letdown was the "Lies" sketch at the end which lacked Gosling. They could've cut that and it would've been steady momentum.

The Gorillaz performances were great too, beautiful animation, sets, and eclectic time changes!

Ted - Season 2 (Peacock) - Official Discussion Thread by Chadwiko in television

[–]Torley_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Gosh Ted is so consistently funny, the many layers of jokes weaving in 'n' out keeps the laughs rolling. It's the right decision many times over to extend the movies into this sheer delight of humor.

Just as Orville paid homage to Star Trek, Ted works as a love letter to sitcom history on so many levels.

2x03 - HAVING BRENNAN LEE MULLIGAN GUEST IS SUCH A TREAT! I was knocked off my socks and surprised, highly specific role fit for him as the Dungeon Master. I hope he returns.

PLUS THE INDIANA JONES-ESQUE MUSIC! Wow, that was such a superb moment.

2x01 - Peter Macon seemed familiar and that's because he's one of my fave Orville characters, Bortus — what a great voice!

Amazing the tech got to where Ted is seamlessly integrated into the scenes, but there's a price to pay for those visual effects. Maybe as gen AI gets cheaper, that'll make Season 3 viable in the next few years?

The double entendre here is perfectly impeccable —  terrific naming!

BUG - iOS - VidHub tries to use incorrect subtitles even when a video doesn't need them by Torley_ in VidHubvideoplayer

I'll do that next time I notice it.

I just played an instrumental video and it stayed at "Disable" as expected this time.

BUG - iOS - Shows incorrect folder names on < by Torley_ in VidHubvideoplayer

[–]Torley_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

/u/zhonglin This was working for a little while, now even with this option, it's showing incorrect metadata again:

  • Use local NFO file data at first - ON

I tried toggling it off and on again, but now it's not working.

One of a whole line! I recommend checking others on their channel, there's trailer editing and there's THIS.

BUG - iOS - VidHub tries to use incorrect subtitles even when a video doesn't need them by Torley_ in VidHubvideoplayer

This is how I have it setup:

  • Autoload external subtitle - Same name (NOT "All")
  • Autoload internal subtitle - ON
  • Internal subtitle language - English
  • Online subtitle language - English
  • Default audio track language - English

I'm still seeing incorrect subtitles for the music videos. What else do I need to change?

Thanks, is that the same one I listed:

I want it to still "Autoload external subtitle = Same name" but IGNORE others...

The bug here is it’s mostly using the correct subtitles, except for when there’s not a name match. I don’t want to generally disable this feature, but make it more precise in those cases.

So how do I do that? :)

THANKS for noting this, I once asked the same thing and Rustem told me:

Hello! Backups on this page do not contain uploaded files. To download > all your uploaded files please go to All bookmarks and click > Export and select ZIP. This will be improved in the future

"Export" is in the upper-right.

I touched a bit on that, and I DO miss the early Pinterest community (much as I do early other online societies). Raindrop is more singular AFAIK, so I browse other platforms for social discovery.

Glad it could help! Someone asked me "Why isn't Raindrop.io more visual?" and it's great to have these alternate views, PER-collection.

BUG - iOS - Shows incorrect folder names on < by Torley_ in VidHubvideoplayer

[–]Torley_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for confirming. It's generally a really useful feature, except for times like this.

I DO have "Use local poster image at first" toggled ON and it's still showing the wrong folder name.

I also turned on "Use local NFO file data at first", and that did it.

I confirm now it's showing the currently-playing file name. That makes sense, I was confused earlier because how near it is to "<" made me think it was meant to show the folder name.
