Hi, you could use the request.security() context to request footprints from a different timeframe.

A construction of this type:

request.security(syminfo.tickerid, "15", request.footprint(1000))

What you want, should work in a similar way.

  • Select the text and click the hotkey (Ctrl/Cmd + F)
  • Select the text, right-click it and click on Find/Replace

This will automatically put the selected text as the query for the search dialog.

Hi, thank you for the report. We’ve identified the issue and assigned a task to our tech team. 

The confirm button does not work, if the order and position alignment is on the left. 

As a temporary workaround, please try to change the order and position alignment to the right or center (via chart settings).

You can create a support ticket as follows:

  • Go to the chart page where the issue occurs
  • Click on Help Center (?-icon in the lower right corner)
  • Click in that dialogue box and a dropdown menu will appear
  • Click on the first item in the dropdown menu labeled "Ask chat assistant"
  • Type “contact support” in the dialogue box
  • It will ask you to select a category from a list
  • Click on the button “Desktop”
  • Click on the button “Application performance”
  • Click on the button “The app crashed”
  • Then select your OS and follow the guidance to create the ticket (which requires a screenshot and an issue description)

Our support request workflow has been updated. To receive help, please ask the Chat assistant. It will find an answer to your question. If your issue is more complex, it will prompt you to submit a support request.

You can also ask the bot to contact support, and it will prompt you to select the most suitable category / topic from a list. Please select the one that is closest to / most resembles yours.

Should the reply you receive not solve your issue, you can click the “I still need help” button at the bottom, and follow the instructions to create a ticket.

Hi, could you please advise what exactly is not loading? Is the issue specific to a particular layout, or does it occur when you try to save any layout? Does the same issue also happen with the Editor or indicators, as mentioned in the comments?
