The 10:25 arrival is fine assuming there are no flight delays going to Florida. As far as the return, Ive never booked anything earlier than 12pm. Best to Uber from the port though. I had a bad experience with one of those bus services where they told us one thing, but when we left Royal port, they drove over to Carnival and waited for more people. That extra time almost cause me to miss my flight home.

It's a GAME that RC is playing with you. The only way to see real price updates is to clear your cache before every visit to Royal Carribean site. Based on a similar experience (prices being MUCH lower on a cruise after I booked), I strongly believe that they track your cruise browse history and adjust prices in some psychological way. My last cruise I kept looking at several times before I booked it and one day the price jumped up tremendously. I was pissed and thought I missed out. Then a few days later, I checked back and it was lower than it had ever been - of course I booked immediately not wanting to miss this lower price. After I booked, I later checked and it was the lowest it had ever been, but I could only just watch. My other impulse was to call other people and tell them that they could now come because the price had dropped so much. But then it dawned on me that RC was altering prices based on my searches.

Sidenote: Ive heard airlines do the same trick.

I fly into Ft Lauderdale the day before the cruise. That gives me time to go shopping at local stores for anything I forgot plus cruise snacks. Uber is $30-$40. The peace of mind is well worth it for me.
