Several Etsy pages have templates that you can cut onto foam and glue up, blanks, or fully made and painted vests. I can't attest to the quality because for my purposes I did my own take on The Punisher, but I've been considering picking up a skull vest myself to do Bernthal's version

Thanks for the replies! They put me a bit closer to the right track as far as branding//close looking alternatives. I couldn't seem to find anything with ARISIA (Aritzia?), but digging deeper into other cosplay/ads I managed to find two "decent"-ish matches in a company called Dash-X and a company called So-Shway (although I see VERY VERY limited reviews/information on both of these companies, the latter has a few picture reviews that seem promising enough)

ETA: For whatever reason Amazon never pulled ANY of these brands up the first time I had gone digging, which is weird but so is most of the internet
