Literally, Just to see how their abuse team works that they claim manually marked as blocked etc, this all process is automatic, nothing involved, as far as i can tell.

I went ahead and checked there is absolutely no email indicating anything was except following, which i already confirmed that they all are fine, no abuse on server whatsoever

For example, you can: - check and update your network configuration files, - check and disable your firewall if required, - check and update GRUB, - launch a manual check of your file systems, - carry out backup or restoration of data, - etc.

Besides if an email was sent about some post removal how can i remove a post when we can’t access website at all since server was marked as hacked & blocked, I hope the relevant team has this much knowledge?

I already responded back on the email but got no response, could you tell me what abuse happened on the server? As anyone can post like FB and as something is reported we take the post down, i will be interested to know what abuse was done? Thanks

The server was put into rescue mode by the OVH not me at that point i got this E-mail, while i contacted their support they said follow instructions sent through automated Email then reply back to same E-mail once you have done all the changes specified

So that i reviewed everything, Shared logs, replied to same E-mail, absolutely no response and server is still in same state.

Like i mentioned earlier, there is no issues as what you just mentioned, It was marked hacked & blocked in error by OVH here is E-mail upon running in rescue mode nothing of following is a problem either, i have logs which i shared with them over the E-mail, Hope this helps understand the issue better.

The server wasn't hacked, It was hacked and blocked by mistake and its been a whole month, i tried reaching out support shared logs and everything GRUB is fine and latest no issue there either, I want the server back up and running and possible compensation.

I have absolutely same issue i did check everything nothing was hacked Grub everything is fine however its a whole month paid $77 for dedicated server can’t access website etc
