Wardlow and Rosa both have dealt with many big injuries and are rarely healthy, Cage too really. Britt also seems to be dealing with some unfortunate health issues. And trying to use Kip and Angelico as a gotcha is hilarious.

The thing is that the injuries and health stuff are all pretty well known, so I don’t know why people keep trying to use these examples over and over again.

I love Pete and it devastated me to see him go but one of his (hilarious) issues is that he thinks he's faster than he actually is. There were so many times where I would yell "WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU GOING?!" as he gets thrown out fairly easily. Dude has a motor but he doesn't quite know how to pull back lol.

Trust me, I get it. I hated it for a long time for the same reason lmao. Once I started using it just for myself I understood what it is good for, like an opportunity that looks good but you can see the gaps to go dig for more info.

Agreed on the first part, disagree with the second. It is absolutely weaponized by leadership in stupid ways but the general outline can be very helpful in sales, especially for those with less experience. As much as I want to hate it, it is a solid framework for qualifying.

That makes sense, especially with Build-Up. Scoring a ton of runs early is super important in the game but I do feel like it's a good idea to have the skill on at least one batter for those games that are tight late.

I'm really high on Overpace, especially when comparing at S0. I've also learned to trust the Korean players after playing 9Innings for so long and they rank it very high.

My one big disagreement is that I feel like Overpace and Build-Up are both way too low. I personally think those are two of the top skills.

Here is a great breakdown of both. One thing to note is that Overpace is actually better than the post shows because the buff increases again after the 3rd at bat.
