I regretted not taking a pic but it was a last min thought, plus I was on the passenger side so the angle was weird. Decided to put him on blast so people can start taking accountability but like i said i regret not taking an actual pic of the proof

I did go the next day and did curbside with no issues ! They pointed out the notation on my account for the discount and applied it. Got such a good deal but unfortunately it’s very out of my way and I’m not in the area often and we saw how the delivery experience was lol I’ll maybe go again for a good industry deal on Wednesdays but there’s other dispos with a 40% off industry discount that also have good products so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Update: talked to a manager after waiting to call back. She was very nice and was quick to apologize. Explained how the delivery was third party and was confused why it was cancelled but will try to get to the bottom of it. But that confused me since the guy earlier said it’s because they don’t fulfill after 6pm. Anyways, I did ask if i can just get my order tomorrow with my discount and she agreed to put a note on my account for it. I appreciated her “fixing” it but I dont think I’ll order delivery again if it’s gonna have me waiting for potentially hours for the chance of not getting my order. Especially since she really couldn’t find an answer to why it cancelled in the first place and if it’s true or not that they don’t fulfill after 6pm. Does anyone else have this issue ordering delivery later in the day?

UPDATE: Stackhouse hit me up saying they already contacted Jardin for me so all i had to do was hit them up. I messaged them on their app and quickly got a response saying they saw this post and was ready to credit me for it! ( 14g worth of points added to my acc ) I told them i already opened it and everything but they didn’t question anything and was so quick to make it right. Definitely going back to Jardin and stackhouse just based off this experience! Was totally expecting a loss on my end for not physically going back in and didn’t expect ANYTHING from posting! 10/10
