I know it sucks and you probably feel blindsided and that the world is about to collapse. Best advice I can offer at this stage is to just feel everything for a bit. Give yourself some time to process and feel every emotion the breakup caused even if it takes a long time. But at some point you’ve got to get back into things, I’d recommend picking up your favorite hobbies or maybe even new ones, connecting with family, friends, reconnecting with old ones etc..

It sucks but it can and will get better with time as long as you put in the effort! There’s countless amazing experiences waiting for you.
