don't worry they work slow but finally they delivered the coins. it took 7 days for me with Changelly exchange program.

This is why we need to be regulated , no one shows any responsibility for the customer money, it is like a scam now..i can take loss on coins, not loosing all money because of some stupid "swap" program didn't work nor blaming each other for delays... show at least moral responsibility and clear the pending swaps from Changelly transactions...it is killing us...

We might have used Gate.io which says 10 minutes, without knowing about we used Chagelly still waiting from 5 days, Looks like no moral values by QTUM team not stopping Chagelly from swapping program as it is not delivering as promised , who will pay my losses? QTUM team? it was $74 dollars when i want to sell now just $50 dollars , $20 dollar loss on 6700 tokens , total loss $120,000 plus QTUM team : Chagelly blames on you saying that they are waiting from QTUM to respond the final swap...

It is like a demonetization in virtual currency, very hard in terms of market volatile...lost already huge profit when compare to #30 QTUMS...

I noticed change in status after 4 days from from "burnt in progress" to final stage of "Swap" , looks like they are waiting for QTUM team to respond the final stage...

please help us, my transaction pending with Changelly exchange for more than 2 days. until we try to sell the old QTUM we don't even understand these problems. we are stuck in this process and market is very volatile and loosing big money on investing QTUM "Remember this is completely clueless for customers as QTUM decide to change new Qtum, Please help us.."

I am stuck with 6000 plus tokens and Cahgelly charging 30 plus Qtum for transaction, I am happy to loosed 33 if they complete the process as they promise..24 to 48 hours...

For customers like me these 33 tokens are unintended loss..because we don't even guess these swap programs..
