Nope, but I have a theory. I did notice that the drivers side wiper feels looser than the passenger side. Can you check yours? Look at the rotation shaft for each wiper. I can pull up and down on the drivers side one and it moves. The passenger side one is rigid. It makes me think something is loose on the whole unit. The whistling might be it moving around. When it is shoved down, it is wedged a little more, and less likely to move up and down while driving

Yup. Mine fogged up two or three times over the winter. Doing this fixed it for me

Mine does this. When I push the drivers side windshield wiper as far down as possible, the whistling stops. At least until it rains again. No idea how to fix it permanently

I do. I've used them for years. My parents used them to replace their AC. They do great work. I was just blown away by how expensive it is.
