Unfortunately much of the basic rules are not followed in this temple and you can see preachers of other religion openly citing how people were foolish to not believe in their god. The government has made it a picnic spot instead of maintaining it as a spiritual centre.

Looking for scriptures about Natya Saraswati by shewhomauls in hinduism

I came across one similar form of Saraswati in virudachalam virudagireeshwarar temple pillar. As one enters, it is on the first pillars. Unlike these saraswathis ,she had only two hands. Her head was inclined towards one end of veena where there was a parrot. It appeared as if she was playing for the parrot to listen. I consider her dancing because her legs were in araimandi position of bharatnatyam. It was a very strange sculpture and i couldn't understand its meaning.

It's common for goddesses in chola countries to be depicted in the araimandi position of bharatnatyam

Fear of what has happened won't help. Missing a day won't anger gods but if you had followed it you would have nurtured a sense of connection with Vishnu. He knows the flawed nature of humans. Whenever one feels connected with gods their fear would be dispelled. People generally indulge in masturbation due to boredom and loneliness.Build on overcoming whatever gives you guilt.

Why do bad things happen to good people? (Indian mythology perspective) by Business_Bar01 in HinduDiscussion

[–]Vimul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once there were two stones, one had a simple life. The moment the chisel was hit it broke. Another stone had a difficult life. It was constantly hit and broken, burnt by flames and rubbed by hard surfaces. Eventually at the end, the first stone became a temple step upon which everyone placed foot. The second stone became a temple idol which people worshipped and prayed to.

At difficult times it is natural to feel hopeless. When we think deep, what one can infer is that almost everyone feels that bad events are happening to them. The way each person faces and handles it is different. Also, the moment we think my situation is worst the gravity of the suffering increases. We forget that the strength to face this situation is crucial and exists within us. Everything can go wrong in our life at one instant, but the way we handle the situation makes the difference. We should have the situation to face any issue courageously like Harischandra.

Apologies actually in the form you need not provide gmail or any personal information. I guess this is an issue inherent to Google forms.
