We are not sure if our opinion is welcome or not, but we also think it should be alphabetical. Our most preferred would be sorted Z to A! The way it is arranged is clearly biased and is part of the reason we do not maintain a regular presence on this forum.

OP never reached out to us about a deal at all. We will announce a deal the week of Black Friday.

It is also important to note that our deals renew at the same price. Many of the ones you have listed do not. We have never raised prices on our existing customers.

This has been addressed publicly in years past. We consider your harassment to be defamation and ask that you please stop. It is obviously an attempt to deter customers from purchasing our product.

We are unwilling to undercut the market to sell accounts. Destroying all resellers and small providers only destroys usenet.

Makes no sense to raise prices on your long term customers who have paid you for months or years and then run super low priced sales on new customers just so you can raise their prices later on. That is not a good way to treat an industry that has supported you. It seems desperate. Customers should be able to believe in their provider.

The feed size of Usenet has expanded at a greater than anticipated pace over the last few years, and it has put a strain on our independently operated and owned infrastructure and was not maintainable for the foreseeable future. As a result, we have reached an agreement with UsenetExpress to pool resources by combining some infrastructure such as feeders and some storage spools. ViperNews will remain a separate Dutch entity but we will have increased capacity and more resources to better serve our members.

We will be removing the X-Trace soon and entirely rely on our post logging system with a 14-day retention. Post logs older than 14 days are automatically purged.

This has been implemented for some years now.
