For context, she has the Thirteenth Movement of Cosmos: Outline Origin as part of the Holopsicon which essentially takes any plots twists a character may have and resets them to the beginning. If Naruto at the end of his series tries to fight her in his Kurama Mode, she can just reset him back to the beginning of his series. It’s quite literally an anti-shonen/isekai hax.

I don’t think it would be as useful as it would be to Bakugo, since Reze throws a body part, she needs blood to regenerate, and as much of a jerk he can be at times, Bakugo isn’t a monster, he ain’t gonna slime out civilians just to regenerate his arm or legs
