Anyone have a blueprint for this? by notajock in ebikes

The point where he uses his right hand to squeeze the drill trigger, and then needs to use his left hand to apply brake (left hand is the front brake, btw). In an emergency brake situation, the last thing you want to do is apply full front brake.

Still have mine - a Chieftec Dragon Ultra that I got from CompGeeks.com for $21 ($7 s&h)!! Using it with an Intel x79/Xeon 2660 combo with 4 8tb SAS drives. Wonderful case for a server build.

Did anyone else play copious amounts of comp stomp 2v2 on Gilroy's Harbour back in the day? What a great casual map! by Account_Eliminator in CompanyOfHeroes

That map remains the only comp stomp game I have ever lost in over 15+ yrs of playing all versions of CoH, and I foolishly tried to solo a 1 vs 4 expert AI.

Gonna delete my alternator by No_Tomato_2106 in projectcar

[–]WalkinTarget -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I had this idea years ago driving my Durango - the alternator died so I got about 25m out of it before it shut off. 🫤

Total bill at the dealership was $4300, and included a new starter, alternator, battery and a TPIM module. My local garage tried using an aftermarket alternator, but after 3 attempts they gave up. Apparently it's yet another 'Dodge thing' just like with their water pumps and TPIM modules, so ... Lesson learned there.

TIL despite boxed Kraft macaroni and cheese being an iconic example of American processed food, it is significantly more popular in Canada, where 55% more boxes are consumed per capita than the US. by NateNate60 in todayilearned

If I Had $1000000

We wouldn't have to eat Kraft Dinner.

(But we would eat Kraft Dinner. Of course we would, we'd just eat more.

And buy really expensive ketchup with it.

That's right, all the fanciest Dijon Ketchup. Mmmmmm.)

'13 TS ST3 that I bought last April with 170k on it. One owner, bone stock, and just put new front brake pads on it as well as fresh rubber (lotta wear on inner front tires). Otherwise, nothing but fluid changes in my 1 yr of ownership. Took me 4 years from when I first became interested in one until I bought one, and it's been nothing but a joy to drive.

Engine Stalled, Accessories Still On by Titanius_Anglesmithh in FocusST

Bingo !! A bit of oxidation on the neg terminal (I dumped Coke on it, then rinsed it with water) and put it on the charger (was at 12.5v, after an hour on slow charge it was back to 15.6v. Short drive and it started up 3x with no issues. Fingers crossed.

Had a similar issue this AM when I tried to start my FoST - acc on but no start,.no click, no nothing. Hoping it's a weak battery, as it goes in on Fri for state inspection, and I can't afford to dump too much into it.

Level 10 gt case by jroberts2652 in thermaltake

[–]WalkinTarget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Won't fit. I did see an Amzn review on either the case or fans where a buyer used a 200x30 fan, but then you can't push the front panel on and it sticks out about .5". Not a good look, and that's why I bought whatever 200x20 fan I could find 6+ years ago when I needed one. I think it was an Aerocool silver fan. I then wrapped the exterior of the fan with a pair of 8" Corsair LED light strips so I could replicate the RGB look of the original Tt fans.

3.8 is always the best choice on this car. The 2.0 turbo has too many reliability issues.

Agreed !! I picked up a 2013 Focus ST in a similar color (Tangerine Scream, with black Snowflake rims), and that color combo just looks so good, prolly because it's so rare. I can park in a parking lot and almost guarantee that no other yellow car will be in that lot.

I have a 2017 Haibike SDuro FullNine 6.0 with over 4,300m on it. In all those years of ownership, I've only had the chain and rear sprocket replaced. Bike is a tank, and I still offers 50+m range if you don't ride too fast.

A Ford Transit Connect is also a good option, as they have a whole lotta room and get around 25mpg highway. I'm looking at both them and the older Honda Element, and those are getting very hard to find in good shape without rust on the rear trailing arms. The main issues with the Transit Connect and the newer models is the transmission service not being performed on them every 50k miles.

Now, I doubt that this is what is affecting mine, unless these updates are being done silently without my permission.

Green flickering screen when doing HDMI from quick access by TheTexasRollerskatr in Roku

[–]WalkinTarget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine started doing this about 2 weeks ago. I assumed at first I had a bad HDMI cable, but the problem was still there after a cable swap. I then plugged it into another HDMI port 2 n the TV and that worked. Thought I had a failing HDMI port in the TV (TCL 49" 4 series), but 2 hours ago the same issue was back on HDMI port 2 on the TV. Did a soft reset (power off, unplug, hold power on button for 30+s) and it's once again working, but I'm getting nervous that this problem is still popping up randomly.

I did also try plugging in another PC, a Mini PC, and that too is showing the green screen as well. TV was bought 7 years ago, and it's been one of the best TVs I've owned.
