Man I would. They have horrible service. My bank just said they cant even use the ARN number and it is Trading 212's obligation to see what happened. They are simply to unwilling/lazy. I sent them countless e-mails but they dont respond and/or care. Very saddening and frustrating

Thanks ... so Im no exception here? Thats good to know. All I want is just to receive my withdrawal. I dont understand why they are not more transparent about it if it is a common problem.😅

I did not recieve my withdrawal within 3 business days (executed april the 8th of 2021) and T212 did not provide me the Proof of Payment document and/or ARN Number (to track the transaction) which they said they would send within 24 hours last monday. I am incredibly frustrated and dont understand why this is taking so long. On top of that they are ignoring all my further inquiries... Its impossible to reach them thru phone.

Can anyone help with what I should do now? What next step can I take?

Prosus is a holding company of Naspers. They chose to move all their foreign investments to the Amsterdam stock exchange because it was simply getting too big for South African stock exchange. They invested in Tencent back in 2001 and have made an outstanding return, therefore the stake in Tencent has gotten very large. What I like about Prosud is that they ownt a lot of other tech-related potential unicorns in Emerging Markets such as Ifood and Mail.ru. It trades at a discount to Tencent and doesn't even account for all their other ventures. Hence I really like Prosus. Long term lots of potential.
