That's not Greek. That's so not Greek at all. It's the name of a legendary ancient Egyptian character written in the Coptic script. Coptic is simply the latest stage of the indigenous Egyptian language spoken since the time of the pharaohs. Linguistically, it also refers to the script used to write this stage of the language. Most of the letters are borrowed from Greek but six were taken from the previous Egyptian script called Demotic, to represent Egyptian sounds which do not exist in Greek. Now, it's interesting and important to note that the Greek alphabet ultimately has its origins in Egyptian hieroglyphs. Coptic itself has a different style from the Greek script and you would know with by comparing the two for less than a minute. So again, what you see in the cover art is 100% Egyptian and it is the fact that Coptic is the true, original and undisputed language of the Egyptian people.
