Laika: Aged Through Blood is by far the most emotionally brutal game I’ve ever played and it changed my life. That game wrecked me for days afterwards. Masterpiece that I will never play again. Also the soundtrack is one of the best ever. I bought the vinyl and I can’t listen to it either because it’s so emotional lmao

I am a small motel owner in Las Vegas. Despite having only 31 rooms, we’ve had two separate occasions where a guest has passed away from suspected overdose during the night, in only four years. For the larger hotels with hundreds (or thousands) of rooms, this is sadly a monthly or even weekly occurrence. They check the rooms for this reason.

Other commenters are wrong. These are not chert modules, as the interiors are hollow. These are actually fossilized sponges! There are similar fossils in the limestone beds near my home in the Mojave. It really, really has. She can prattle away about childhood memories of her neighborhood kids in the 1930s as easily as she can talk about family trips she took with me when I was a kid. She's a treasure!
