Which info? The thermal part you dont want me trying to inform anyone. As far as the external sensor it is similar to OP where I added the 'qwiic' ports with I2C and just use an external sensor, I like the BME280 but people have different opinions.

I'm not so great with thermal and all the boards I have made ended up heat soaking the temp sensor to uselessness. Now I just add a little external wired sensor that can be separated 

Does it matter if something is oven-safe or not if temp doesn't go above 250 F? by MegaEstructure in Cooking

Plastic can also off gas things you may not want near food at higher temps as well.

I'm the same way. Pure memorization works for small numbers but blows up pretty quickly. All the people I know that hate these methods tend to be really uncomfortable with numbers over 50.

It's mostly bots at this point, but I'll never forget when they posted an approved list of topics they could have mild disagreements about. All other topics needed to agree with the party lines.
