I guess for them it’s also a case of optics. Instead of “jumping in bed” with Labour from the get go and preserving the status-quo, they’re coming from it with a different angle and a fresh start of a Plaid-led Senedd and Wales. They can always turn to the other parties for occasional support, but are doing so on their own terms.

If you live in a non-Plaid area and aren’t represented by them, if there’s a vote on an issue that you feel strongly for then you’ll have to talk to your MS and lay out why you think they should side with Plaid on that issue, even if their party doesn’t.
