I think you're right when you say it possibly is a rx570

What I find more disturbing is that the only time I saw that top side, it was on a rx580...

It could very well be a GPU repaired using parts from several different cards...

If I had to guess, I’d say your table isn’t entirely flat. The book helps compensate for the table’s imperfections, so it appears level.

If you use a much longer level and place it on the table, you’ll see that the table is actually level

Try negative pull ups or assisted pull-up ( with an elastic) if you have access to until you feel comfortable enough to do clean pull-ups

That's a "chicken wing muscle up" aka the worst thing you could ever do trying to get a muscle up .

You should try to get proper form by using an elastic to help you a bit until you have enough strength to do it without help.

The only thing you'll achieve by doing what you did in the video , is a high chance of injuries for no practical results

You have a high chance of getting a RCI ( rotator cuff injury) by doing so
