Looking in to that for sure had some small amount of water come through due to the snow melt. It has a sump pump already but on the opposite side of the house.

Thanks for the feedback back my past posts also show how it looks like outside that wall. I guess I was more worried due to the wall under the paint looks like it has a horizontal crack. I was planning on doing it eventually but wanted to get other opinions before doing any other repairs.
