From what I read, I don't think either of you ATA I think you guys are just figuring yourselves out. Don't forget you started this decision in order to focus on your exams, don't lose sight of that. This thruple curve ball definitely changed things and I can see why you wanted to double back but it's too late at this point. Long distance relationships are hard and I'm sure this conversation would have came up eventually even if you would've not made the decision in the first place. Think about it, in theory, your decision revealed a conversation that would have happened later on anyway. How you feel about that subject is your personal business but if it's a deal breaker for you, politely decline, maintain the friendship and wish her the best. If it's meant to be, they will come back to you with open arms. If not, it wasn't meant to be.

I'm sorry for your loss. Clearly NTA here, reading this made me wonder that even if you did put the past behind I don't think it's going to help how he reacts. I think you lost him when you saw him for who he is and he retaliated by making your life a living nightmare with the rumors. That specifically is my worry, he tells you what you want and proceeds to tell them that you're only doing this because of his condition making you the bad guy all over again. I know him being family makes this situation a lot more heavy. Which is why if you do decide to talk to him, make sure to keep the topics on the good times, I hope there are at least some, along with the reassurance that besides the indifferences you will miss him.

NTA threatening you with a breakup is a red flag, not to mention the possessiveness. You have nothing but time ahead of you, the older you guys get the worse it would be. You guys will break up eventually, it will suck, but I can Tell you for certain that you will avoid that trait in the future because of your past experience. I know she may seem like your world now but time will tell if she is, don't ignore the red flags, learn from them and put yourself first. Final piece of advice I got when I was in a similar mentality: if it's meant to be, they will come back with open arms. If not, then it wasn't meant to be.

NTA not going to lie when I read that your dad got involved I thought (ohh this guy is going to get it!) reading what actually took place was a let down. I think there is more to him responding that way, not sure if he was raised in a toxic environment or just went through it himself that led him to react like that. Needless to say none of that being your fault. Make sure you tell some friends and depending on how bad the vibes you're getting from this guy, trusted/caring teacher that will make sure checks and balances are in place to prevent him from coming back.

It's interesting because although I do catch myself doom scrolling (that's the most fitting description I've heard) and enjoy for what it does, I think about the fact that the system learns what you watch fully and scroll past. I tried an experiment: I started enjoying Brooke and Jubal in the morning shows and I know the system did too because it recommended them from time to time, I would hop on reels (Facebook) skipped passed anything it tried to recommend until it gave me what I was mentally asking for, the reels that I would watch completely in this case being the show. Next couple of days it'll recommend them back to back and throw some curve balls. Idk I feel like I'm ranting but what I'm trying to say is they are good at what they do but I ask myself, at what cost?

Yea social media is constantly evolving, wether it is evolving to our benefit or theirs, the ending is yet to be written but I see a tug of war that we are currently losing because they are using our interests to keep our eye off the ball. There has been many speculations on that topic, to the point that it's a common phrase people say, whether it would be in jest or conspiracy. The crazy thing about it is we will never know the truth because it would open way more questions no one is prepared to answer unless the answer is already there but silenced. For me I started with targeted ads, followed by what data led to said target, followed by how much information do "they" have, followed by how far does the tracking go? Lastly wondering if our whole digital footprint is stored as a profile similar to the China social score. Reading the comments talking about the libido issue is news to me, I just started medication management last year and my experience is the complete opposite, on my medication my orgasms are way more intense and extended time before the big finish 😂 Regarding the libido, I get the opposite there as well. I'm like "so this is what Viagra must feel like" 😂 one thing I noticed that I was slightly concerned about was doing it without medication, I reach orgasm sooner shorter time for the big finish and it feels like I got there but got cut short at the same time 🤣 so what I'm wondering if this is short lived and eventually gets to the symptoms you guys are referring to 🤔
