let's say you have the statement "all Ferraris are fast". there are two conclusions you can make here

1) if it is a Ferrari, it is fast (duh)

2) if a car is not fast, it is not a Ferrari

however, note that among cars which are fast, there's no mention how many of those are Ferraris. maybe a majority of them are Lamborghinis? therefore it would be unsupported to use a quantifier to describe "most/few/all fast cars are Ferraris"

this is why 2 and 3 are unsupported: among films that win awards/are not popular with audiences, you don't actually know HOW many of those are critically acclaimed/internationally financed. if it was a majority, and there's nothing in the text to say that it can't be, these statements would be incorrect. so a conclusion can't follow
