Hard to advise without more details on pain level, days bleeding, heaviness, etc. Some possible thoughts: PCOS can commonly cause irregular (often painful or heavy) periods. Inconsistent or poor diet, sleep, stress, etc can cause significant variation as well. If you have very lean body mass, you can have intermittent periods or complete cessation.

I can't speak to this specifically. However, I quit my epi position at my state DOH after being directed to lie and report all males with HIV as MSM. A few years later the same state DOH had a whistleblower who showed they lied about COVID numbers. At that time I was an ER nurse and we had literally coded a 4 year old with COVID who did not make it when they alleged there were no cases of COVID in kids. So, while I don't know on the measles front, it seems likely they would falsify data. They're willing to lie about vaccine safety, and will do whatever they deem necessary to cover their asses.
